✨ Farm-to-table Ingredients! ✨
🍎 🍑 🫐 🌿 🌽 🍅 🍉

One thing I want to be able to do is be able to bake with what I produce and I’m excited to say some of what we planted is starting to produce 🙌🏼

In the pictures you will see we’ve got some blueberries growing and some peaches in their early stages!

We have peach trees, apple trees, and plum trees, as well as blackberry and blueberry bushes ☺️

I’ve also been working on a full herb garden and vegetable garden. The plan is to incorporate what I can and sell fresh fruits/vegetables at the stand! 🍎 🍑 🫐

I’ve added the following to the stand:
x6 8 oz bags of sourdough granola w/ cranberries, coconut, and almonds - $6 each
x2 6 ct. Sourdough cookies - S’mores - $6 each
x2 6 ct. Sourdough cookies - Cranberry, white chocolate & oat - $6 each

Depending on the demand for granola, this may be a weekly product!

✨ Hello, Covington! Quick little update ✨

This weekend I’ll be working on a few recipes and will be introducing a few new flavors in my products next week. The stand will be closed this weekend - open Monday - probably around noon or so (I will post when I open)

I’m working on getting the equipment I need to make things more efficient for me as a single baker so I can best provide for the community on a consistent basis (especially as a mom of 4 trying to survive softball/t-ball season - it seems like there’s never enough time 🤣)

Thanks for your patience, it’s an honor to serve this community 🫶🏼

Been busy today! I do have items out at the stand, check out what’s there:

✨ 4 Plain sourdough loaves
✨ 3 Jalapeno cheddar sourdough loaves
✨ 4 sourdough banana bread loaves
✨ 5 dozen fresh eggs
✨ 2 6-packs of sourdough lemon-blueberry cookies
✨ 1 6-pack of sourdough chocolate chip cookies

A few changes:
✨ I will be discontinuing the cinnamon rolls for now - I will be working on improving my recipe until then ☺️
✨ I will be open tomorrow - I’m going to try to make muffins tonight to have out in the morning.
✨ There may be a schedule change coming, I have found with my family’s busy schedule, it’s been difficult maintaining my baking schedule.

At the end of the day, baking is my hobby, I will continue to do so but sometimes I’m not able to keep it as stocked as I’d like. With this in mind, I ask that those who want to stop by the stand, please just check for posts on what’s out in the stand (I always post what I put out on Facebook) and/or pre-orders. This helps ensure I get everyone taken care of and no one makes unnecessary trips ☺️ thanks everyone for understanding!

Just added some Sourdough Italian Herbs & Cheese Focaccia down at the stand (x3, $10 each).
Also have:
✨Sourdough Everything Bagels (x2, 4-pack for $5)
✨Sourdough English muffins (6-pack for $6)
✨ Lemon-blueberry sourdough muffins (x4, $6 for 1/2 a dozen)
✨ Chocolate chip cookies - adding more here soon (6 pack for $6)
✨And of course eggs in the cooler! 🥚 ($4 for a dozen, $3 a dozen if you bring a carton back)

Slim pickings today 😅 had some pre-orders come through (always always grateful! 🫶🏼) and so I’ve got 2 loaves ready today (jalapeno cheddar and Italian herbs and cheese) and eggs.

I’ll be restocking a lot more tomorrow - I have to do a grocery run because this baker ran out of flour!
