I am definitely feeling the love, and I hope you all are enjoying your Mother’s Day with your fresh baked organic sourdough goodies.

We will be BACK at the farmstand this coming Sunday (May 17th) with more! We’ll definitely have Plain Jane loaves and Jalapeño + Cheddar loaves, but drop a comment with what else you’d like to see. 🥖✨

Dough Bakery has an exciting announcement! ✨

We are partnering with the brand new Little Zebra Farmstand in Grandview, TX to offer organic sourdough breads and breakfast focaccias beginning this weekend, on Mother’s Day!

The stand will be open at 9am and sourdough breads will be available for purchase while supplies last.

It’s time for an announcement, and I am going to just rip the bandaid off:

Dough Bakery will no longer be baking for the community.

I have loved every moment of baking for you. For 18 months you’ve filled my kitchen and heart with purpose and passion as I have run Dough Bakery.

Many of you know, but for those that don’t - my husband, Marcos Soto, fulfilled a long held dream, and opened his hospice agency (Grand Hospice) this spring, based right here in Johnson County.
I recently began working with him as the Director of Marketing Communications. I would love for you to follow us along on that journey, and learn more about our mission, and the heart behind it. Please, click the link and “follow” our business page!

Now, as far as BREAD. As you know, I have taught numerous Sourdough Workshops to teach other women (and a few men!) how to bake sourdough. Amazingly, one of my past customers and students opened their very own microbakery based out of their home in Rio Vista. Best part? She delivers! Saturday and Sunday are looking to be stormy again this week, so I’m making sourdough focaccia breads to go with all your cozy soups this weekend.

Pickup will be FRIDAY (9/5) in Covington from 9-12 and again from 3-6. I will also deliver to Cleburne Friday evening at 6pm.

Focaccia breads are all long fermented sourdough, completely organic, and gut friendly. All ingredients are high quality, fresh, and delicious.
1/4 sheet pan size.

Flavors:

🧄🧀 Garlic Bread Focaccia - organic sourdough focaccia topped with roasted garlic, grated parmesan and rosemary asiago cheeses. $13

🌶️🧀 Jalapeno Cheddar Focaccia - organic sourdough focaccia stuffed with shredded Tillamook sharp cheddar, topped with more cheddar and jalapeno slices. $13
