Two important announcements: 1. Blueberry hand pies are back in full force and by far my all time fave thing on the menu 🫐 2… our annual 🏄🏼‍♀️ SUMMER BREAK 🏄🏼‍♀️ is August 26-Sept 1 so we will be closed that entire week 😌 WE LOVE YOU & THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH A BUSY SUMMER!!!

It’s finally tomato danish season 🍅 Ripe summer tomatoes in all their glory, sliced, tossed with basil oil and salt, placed on top of our garlic scape pesto, topped with parm and with black & white sesame seeds for some crunch… all on top of our croissant dough // this variety of tomato is called Juliette and I have intentionally chosen to use them year after year for this specific pastry. Their flavor is unmatched and this is by far my favorite savory pastry we make. You can find it on the menu all day everyday until they’re gone 🥲
