I did not make this, my mom did due to the circumstances. Blessed to have her! In times like these where I have orders and the unexpected happens last minute, she takes over and gets them done. She follows all of my recipes and my techniques so you’re still getting the Spoiled Cherries specialty. She helps me with the weekly specials when there are lots of orders. All of the fondant cakes I do, I hand over to her because she is just impeccable with fondant. 🤎🥰

I don’t know how I got so blessed with such talented friends but boy am sooo I thankful I am. Aleah Hill with Sweet Tea Pies came through while I’m house ridden with pneumonia. Her seasonal tomato pie is pure perfection but this pizza pie is phenomenal and the house made ranch is such an amazing flavor contrast with the pizza. I absolutely cannot pick a favorite pie, they’re so delicious I genuinely get emotional eating them. I don’t know if I’m supposed to say anything about the box next to the pie so I’m not going to lol.

But if y’all want the most savory, flavor PACKED pies I HIGHLY recommend ordering from Sweet Tea Pies. You will be so happy you did and so will I because we loveeeeee supporting hard working moms and their small businesses 🥹🫶🏼🥧

Y’all are probably wondering where this weeks special is at, a little update, I have pneumonia 😭😭 I came to the hospital early this morning and found out and yes, it’s the contagious kind 😫 fall Friday is on hold until further notice. I’m so sorry but as soon as I’m better I’ll be back to making sweet treats 🫶🏼

We teamed up with Lynn & Lace Portrait Photography LLC to bring you Frost and Flash and announced it a while ago but because we both got busy, the announcement is all we did. That’s our bad lol.

With me being a baker and Abby being a photographer we’ve noticed just how many people want photos and cakes at the same time and how you guys have to find a person to do each. I’m definitely someone who downplays what I do, I am my worst critic so I pick apart every cake I finish and ultimately wait on the customer to tell me they love it before the ball of anxiety goes away in my stomach.

But today I was asked if I offered cake classes. I almost couldn’t believe it because WHAT DO YOU MEAN you want ME to teach you how to decorate!?!? I couldn’t believe it so I went back and looked through all the cakes I’ve done, remembered all of the wonderful feedback I’ve received, and thought to myself, I actually am pretty good at this.

So now I’m looking into how to host a cake class 🤣

It will be something cute for sure. Could be one on one classes to perfect your technique or group classes to have the sweetest girls day!
