Thank you for all the orders this week! I forgot to take a picture of the cookies so using an older picture. We had 4 sandwich loaves, 1 traditional boule, 1 traditional loaf and 1 Italian Herb traditional. 1 order of the smaller chocolate chip cookies and 1 order of oatmeal cream pies. All sourdough and fresh milled flour. Get ready to place your order for next week by Sunday.

Try three is the best so far. Made some tweaks to the cookie and used a different filling. Did add sourdough to the cookie. Now that I know they will hold their shape I can smoosh them down some before baking so they aren’t as tall.
