This week we left it up to Bellevue customers to request what they’d like to see this Saturday June 6th! Blueberry lemon scones, oatmeal cream pies, red eye pie, turnip pie, this menu is thriving! Now you’re probably thinking to yourself, turnip pie? What on earth? Well, last year around this time we made turnip pie for Long Walk Farm’s Battle of the Chefs. This dessert was then featured on social media, shared with friends and even got it’s own place in the Practical Farming magazine I love so much. If you’re adventurous, or even if you aren’t, this dessert is a must try, because it’s our own recipe, different than anything you’ve ever tried and honestly, it’s just really delicious.
This season runs Saturday, May 30th through September 19th from 8:30 AM–12:30 PM at Washington Park in Bellevue (note the time change). I’ve been working incredibly hard in the off-season to come back with a variety packed menu. Everything from breakfast to dessert, ranging from $4–$35. You’ll notice some new items! A rotating seasonal breakfast item will be available every week, a delicious gluten friendly option and a sweet or savory seasonal galette will be featured as well. (If you haven’t had one of these yet, I truly hope you’ll fall in love with them like I have!)
Cheesecakes, pies, quiches, cookies, brownies, and more will also be available! Pre-ordering is available through direct message, comment, or email through Friday evening. Some items will be very limited, so we highly recommend coming early!
We will continue giving back to our local community, we’re running a food drive each weekend of the market for the Bellevue NE Food Pantry! Each item brought for the pantry gets you $1 off your total order (up to $5—but please bring as many dry goods as you want/can). This is a small but meaningful way we can make a continue making a difference right here in Bellevue for the families who need it most! We absolutely cannot wait to see all of you and rock out this 2026 market season!
