Hopefully you didn’t think just because the markets were over that the fun wouldn’t stop! Come see us for one of our favorite events that’s become a tradition for us, celebrating the frost! If you helped celebrate National Farmers Day yesterday, you know how tirelessly our farmers and producers work to bring us the best possible produce out there. Well, they are tired, and before hanging up the shovel for the season, we gotta celebrate the frost!

Join us at WimBro Farms at 2619 Bay Rd, Plattsmouth, NE 68048 this Saturday from 10am-2pm! We will be there alongside some of our favorite vendors: Nurtured Dough, Plattsmouth Preserves, Rett & Company, James Brandy Creations, Good Life Candle Co, Bats & Brews, (of course) Wimbro Farms and so many more! Get ahead on your holiday shopping or honestly, just come out and celebrate the frost with us. The vibes are always amazing and we are sure to have the best time.

Restocking = Complete
We were having far too much fun yesterday for me to do a traditional restock post, so since we don’t have any events today, I thought I’d hold off till this morning instead.

We restocked mini butternut squash candied sage cheesecakes, honey cheesecake with a pear compote and oat crumble, sweet potato pies with gingersnap crust and bourbon spiced Dutch apple pies at Long Walk Farm TakeRoot Farm Stop and Dip Cravers Creamery & Mercantile

We restocked our potato, parm & everything bagel seasoned galettes, pumpkin cream cheese muffins and pumpkin chocolate chip streusel bread at Backpacker’s Brew

Mari ran by slices of Bourbon spiced Dutch apple pie to Detroit Style Pizza. Omaha, NE

And slices of Honey cheesecake with pear compote, pumpkin spiced cream cheese muffins, pumpkin chocolate chip streusel bread AND carrot cake cookie Sammie’s to Jeff Gorats

It’s been a wonderful week and we are unbelievably grateful to our vendors for being such a huge part of that!

We will have all this and MORE at Marigold’s Mercantile tomorrow from 9am-Noon during the last Aksarben Farmers Market!

ITS THE FINAL MARKET WEEKEND!!

And while we won’t be participating outside in the market like usual, we WILL have treats inside of the absolutely gorgeous Marigold’s Mercantile in Aksarben from 9am-12pm (yes you read that right, just until 12 so I can attend my sister in laws bridal shower!)

We are utilizing all the beautiful fall produce: apples, pumpkins, carrots, pears, butternut squash, figs, potatoes & sweet potatoes! Thanks to our friends at Sustainable Sanctuary Long Walk Farm Bridgewater Farm TakeRoot Farm Stop Farm Table Delivery and more for being able to make all this happen!
