This cake was made for a very special birthday celebration — a celebration of my wonderful customer and another beautiful year of her life.
She asked for a simple two-layer cake, not too tall, with a light, soft, not-too-sweet cream, fruits, and no hard ganache — something gentle and easy to cut and enjoy.
As we get older, we may have to be more careful with what we eat… but once a year, on your birthday, you deserve to spoil yourself a little. ♥️

Because no matter how old we are, we should never forget to celebrate ourselves. 🎂✨

An elegant engagement cake featuring my Vanilla Strawberry Cake, wrapped in a delicate cascade of pearls and finished with a custom engagement topper. 🤍💍
The pearl detail was truly a labor of love — 2.5 hours dedicated just to creating the bead design. Most of the pearls were individually handmade from fondant, with a few edible sugar pearls added for that extra touch of shine and dimension.

Romantic and timeless — just like the beginning of a beautiful love story. 🤍

A cake for a true Starbucks lover. 🩷☕️
I made this birthday cake exactly the way my daughter wanted it. Since she doesn’t like overly sweet desserts, cream cheese, or butter, I challenged myself to create a cake with zero cream cheese and zero butter.
The result? A filling that was unbelievably light—soft and airy, just like a cloud. ☁️
I truly love experimenting, especially when I’m creating something special for my family. Every new recipe is a chance to learn, improve, and discover something new.
The chocolate ganache shell made it a little more challenging to cut because it became firm and cracked when slicing, so this recipe still needs a little more work to make the filling more stable. But once the ganache is removed… this cake is unbelievably easy to cut and absolutely melts in your mouth.
Every cake teaches me something new. And that’s the magic of baking — creating, learning, and putting a little piece of love into every recipe. ❤️

A little “Welcome Home” surprise filled with love 🏡
This cake was created for a very special homecoming — a sweet surprise from a loving family member to welcome her loved ones back home after several weeks abroad.
What a beautiful blessing it is to have people in your life who celebrate your return, think of you, and make you feel loved and welcomed. ❤️
This cake was made with a vanilla sponge, vanilla cream filling, and a berry filling.

So grateful to be part of these meaningful family moments.
