Cookie + Crumb Bakeshop (formerly Hamlin Bakery), began in 2008, with small batch baked goods and a dream. We have continued to grow and evolve from there and are happy to be sharing this new era of our journey with all of you. The two member lady baker squad (for now) specializes in a different area of baking, enabling the shop to offer a variety of desserts, such as macarons, cakes, pies, cookie

s, breads, and more. We are currently working on a new space, with updates to come, and hope to be more available to the public shortly. For now we will be having/attending pop up events - which will be announced here and on our instagram.

As you know, Cookie + Crumb just celebrated our five year anniversary, and after reaching that benchmark, weโ€™re ready for some changes!

Over the years, the team has grown a little older, started families, and some of us have popped a few buns out of the oven! Finding a fulfilling work/life balance has always been a priority and this balance looks different to each team member. As an owner, I want Cookie + Crumb to thrive and be successful, but I also want the team to be able to spend time with their families.

With that said, weโ€™re trying new summer hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM. Deciding to close early did not come easy; we understand this is a change, and hope it wonโ€™t be too big of one! We loved being a pre-and post dinner spot, but we look forward to seeing you on your lunch breaks and days off.

Thank you to everyone for all the love and support over the past five years. We couldnโ€™t have done it without our amazing customers!
