September marks 13 years that Laura's Cupcakery has been open. Blood, sweetness and tears got us here! (And let's be honest, lots of sweat and burns too but let's focus on the good stuff! 🤣) The majority of those years I ran the cupcakery while also working full time as a Social Worker. The last 6 years I have operated full time with no looking back! Running a small business will either make you or break you (or both and bring you full circle!) But I wouldn't change it for the world.

This job lets me be available for our kids and family and it allows me to use my creativity to help so many of you celebrate those special moments in your lives. I am forever grateful for each and every market purchase and custom order. I feel truly blessed to create sweets for your most precious moments!

Thank you all for an amazing 13 years and here's to 13+ more! And a very special thank you to my husband who is my #1 supporter of all my crazy ideas, works late nights with me and carries the heavy stuff (physically and mentally!)

It's Art Walk time! 3 boozy cake flavors tonight and more back to school goodies!

It's Market time! And today we are here until 10pm! Free veggie vouchers for the kids and school supplies while they last!

We have boozy cake and lots of back to school treats! Tapas samples and starting at 7pm there will be a DJ. Gallery 41 will also be serving up delious drinks with a full bar onsite. So much fun!
