🎃🍂 We’re getting into the FALL spirit over here at Bellissimo Homestead! 🍂🎃

This little bit of rain has brought the teeniest, tiniest chill into the air… and we are READY for pumpkins! 🤩

So naturally, we had to turn our sourdough into a pumpkin. 🥹🎃🍞

And guess what?! This adorable pumpkin-shaped sourdough loaf will be on the menu THIS WEEK!

There’s just something about warm, crusty sourdough in a little pumpkin shape that makes fall feel a whole lot closer. 🤎

Keep an eye out for this week’s menu and preorder drop — we can’t wait to bake some fall goodness for you!

🎃🍂🍞 Fall is coming, y’all… and we are here for it!

🌾 DID YOU KNOW? 🍞

Not all bread is created the same—and one of our favorite things about sourdough is knowing exactly what goes into every loaf.

Our classic Bellissimo Homestead sourdough is made with just four simple ingredients:

🤎 King Arthur Bread Flour
🤎 Sourdough starter
🤎 Spring water
🤎 Unrefined mineral salt

And did you know that a slice of our sourdough is approximately 168 calories, 35g of carbohydrates, 6g of protein, and 1.5g of fiber when the loaf is cut into 12 slices?

No long ingredient list.
No unnecessary extras.
Just simple ingredients, slow fermentation, and time. 🌾

We love being able to make food for our family—and yours—that we can feel good about putting on the table. 🤍

Simple ingredients. Slow fermentation. Homemade with love.

🌧️ FARMSTAND UPDATE 🌧️

Due to the rain coming our way, we will not be setting up the farmstand this Saturday. We want everyone to stay safe, dry, and off the roads as much as possible.

BUT—we’ll still be baking! 🥖🤎

We are accepting pre-orders through Hotplate this week, and we have some delicious things coming out of the oven:

✨ Classic Sourdough
🌶️ Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough
🍞 Classic Focaccia
🌶️ Jalapeño Cheddar Focaccia — seriously, SO good!
🤎 Classic Oatmeal Cream Pies
🍪 Brown Butter Sourdough Discard Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

You can check out this week’s full menu and place your order through our Hotplate link!

We’re so thankful for every order, every share, and every person who continues to support our little homestead. 🤎

And most importantly, we hope everyone stays safe as this rain makes its way in. Please keep our community in your prayers, and if you can, say an extra prayer of protection over our law enforcement officers who are still out there working to keep everyone safe.

Stay safe, stay dry, and we’ll see you soon! 🥖🌧️🤎

With love,
Bellissimo Homestead

Hi, everyone!

A quick update- we will NOT have the farmstand this weekend. I realized I need a few weekend mornings off to spend time with family. So, for the future, we will only be in the front every other Saturday for the time being.

Here is an updated schedule for October!
