A little life update ♥️

We’ve been in a slower season over here, soaking up baseball nights, family time, and focusing on some personal priorities.

For now, Nueces Sourdough Co. is on pause. I’m not sure when I’ll be back to regular baking, but it may look like occasional pop-ups or small custom orders when I have the time.

I’ll tag some of my favorite local sourdough bakers in the comments if you’re needing a loaf in the meantime.

I miss you all more than you know. Thank you for always supporting me through every season. 🫶🏼

Our Valentine’s Sourdough Menu dropped today and it’s full of sweet favorites and a few extra-special treats.

We’re debuting a brand new Valentine item made from an old classic—our best-selling chocolate chip cookie, reimagined as a heart-shaped pizookie, baked in an approx 8x8 pan and perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). 🍪 💕

We’re also bringing back our decadent double chocolate espresso scones, just in time for Valentine’s week, plus one more Valentine surprise on the menu.
Our subscribers had first dibs, so a few items may already be sold out, but there are still plenty of goodies up for grabs.

Disclaimer: The sticky buns will need a quick warm-up before serving. The butter/sugar caramel topping firms up a bit as it cools, but a little heat brings them right back to that ooey-gooey delicious goodness. 🍯💛
