One year ago, Green Acres Farm AZ was featured in the newspaper, and looking back, it’s hard to put into words just how grateful I am.

What started as a dream, a lot of hard work, and a leap of faith has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. From our bread drops and farm stand visits to supporting local families, meeting new friends, and sharing this crazy farm life with all of you, none of it would be possible without this community.

Every loaf purchased, every kind comment, every share, every visit to the farm stand, and every bit of support has helped make this journey possible. You have supported not only a small business, but a family, a dream, and a way of life that means the world to us.

To everyone who has been with us from the beginning and to those who have joined along the way thank you. We are incredibly blessed to be part of such an amazing community.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this first year one I’ll never forget. Here’s to many more years of fresh bread, farm stand adventures, animal shenanigans, and community together.

Apparently I was feeling a touch of summer today. ☀️🐛

So your girl whipped up a batch of good old-fashioned Gummy Worm Dirt Pudding Cups and slid them into the farm stand fridge for you!

Layers of creamy chocolate pudding, crushed cookies, and plenty of gummy worms because adulthood means nobody can tell me I can’t put worms in my dessert. 😂

They’re cold, they’re nostalgic, and they’re giving major summer break vibes.

We’re back in business today!

After a much needed day of birthday celebrations, cupcakes, water fun, presents, cake, and making memories with Miss Mini Green Acres, it’s time to get back to work.

Today’s mission? Getting the house prepped for the deep clean it’s about to receive. Between the farm, the bakery, the animals, and life in general, this place has definitely earned it.

I’m also diving into prep work for our Tres Leches Drop happening this Friday! This time around I’m changing things up a little, and I’m pretty excited about it. Stay tuned for all the details as we get closer.

And because y’all apparently refuse to let me keep it on the shelves, there’s a fresh restock of our Cashmere Goat Milk Lotion headed to the farmstand. Every time I make a batch, it disappears faster than I can get it stocked, so if you’ve been waiting for it, now’s your chance.

A day of rest was exactly what I needed, but now it’s time to put the boots back on and get after it. Let’s do this, Green Acres crew!

Today was all about Miss Mini Green Acres. ❤️

We took the day to celebrate the little girl who made me a mama and continues to be the biggest blessing in my life.

I even did something completely out of character… I took the day off. Not a half day. Not a “I’ll just do a few things real quick” day. An actual day off. I forced myself to sit on the couch and relax while Mini spent the day doing school, enjoying cupcakes, splashing around during water day, and hanging out with friends.

The farm can wait. The bakery can wait. The chores can wait.

Today was for her.

It’s hard to believe she’s already 3 years old. It feels like yesterday she was tagging along in my arms while I fed animals and mixed dough. Now she’s full of opinions, personality, and enough energy to power the entire farm.

As the day winds down, we’re moving on to presents, birthday dinner, and cake. 🎂

Days like today are a reminder that while we’re busy building a life, these little moments are the life we’re building.

Happy 3rd Birthday to our sweet Miss Mini Green Acres. You are loved beyond measure and more than you’ll ever know. ❤️
