Last nights dinner was a chicken sheet pan dinner. It was ready in about 45 minutes, and even the baby ate it all!

This recipe costs about $13 to make and fed two adults, and 3 kids (with leftovers). Let me know if you try it out.

This weekend I went out of my comfort zone and made actual cakes! I did a vanilla cake, with a buttercream and white chocolate drip first for my daughter’s bday (as well as vanilla cupcakes). Then for a gender reveal I did vanilla cupcakes with a pink and blue swirl!

This was definitely a task, but I learned so much and would definitely love to do it more! Who needs a cake? 🥰

Who loves lemons 🍋? In our house we do! This year for my husband’s birthday he requested a cheesecake.

I made a lemon cheesecake, with a lemon curd layer on top. I garnished with candied lemons and blueberries, and my homemade whipped cream frosting.

The whole cake was gone within 24 hours! If you want some of the deliciousness send me a DM!
