Just a friendly reminder from The Cookie Co. 💛
We kindly ask that customers do not take phone calls, FaceTime on speakerphone, or record videos inside the shop without consent from staff or other guests. If you need to take or finish a call, please step outside.
We do have a sign posted outside regarding this policy, but unfortunately it continues to be disregarded.
As a small business, customer interaction is something we truly value. Unlike large chain stores where orders are placed on a screen with little interaction, we genuinely want to help you — whether that’s answering questions, offering recommendations, talking about seasonal flavors, or helping you find something you’ll love. It’s difficult to provide that level of service when we are standing at the counter waiting while customers are on loud phone calls or recording.
We also employ minors, and some of our staff are not comfortable being filmed or posted online. We ask that you please respect their privacy and our workplace environment.
If you need to show someone what flavors we have in stock, our website is updated daily with current offerings and availability.
We love our customers and appreciate your support more than you know. All we ask is for the same courtesy and attention that we strive to give every person who walks through our doors. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep The Cookie Co. welcoming and respectful for everyone. 🤍
