Looks like we will have to bring our own sunshine tomorrow. We have used these rainy days to try making chocolate brioche dough. Thought it would go well with some pistachio filling and chocolate glaze. We will have Bakewell tarts and a half dozen types of cookies including espresso chip and lemon.
