Wow! You all sure do know how to make a baker feel special. I had an overwhelming response to the Focaccia pre-order. All 16 loaves, yes, 16 loaves, worth of dough is prepped and in the fridge to do its thing. My bakery fridge is bursting at the seams. Eric Shore, honey, that kitchen in the new shop building with an industrial fridge is sounding better and better 🤔🤣

Good afternoon! It's been a while since I've posted so I thought I would let you all know what I've been up to. Our mountain vacation was amazing as always and the moment we arrived back home, my oven went on! I've been so super busy with Bakesy orders that I haven't had time to create any new recipes to post. I bought some of my favorite bread flour from the Old Mill and want to offer you all a small pre-order opportunity. See the flyer below. I'm patiently waiting on July's First Friday's acceptance emails to hit inboxes, so fingers crossed I get the opportunity once again to participate. And let me tell you, do I have an amazing summer/patriotic inspired menu that will knock your socks off that I plan on showcasing if my application is approved. Seeing so many familiar faces, repeat customers, and meeting so many new people was truly such a blessing. Moments like these make every late night, early morning, and long baking weekend completely worth it. Your support means more than I could ever put into words.

I did not apply for June’s First Fridays because my May calendar is officially BOOKED! 🎉 I’m so thankful to be preparing treats for several birthday and graduation celebrations, as well as providing concession stand goodies for the annual Maury EMS Benefit Kickball Tournament.

My little family and I will also be taking a much-needed vacation at the end of May into early June to rest, recharge, and spend some quality time together. ☀️

But don’t worry, I’ll be applying for July’s First Fridays and I’m hopeful I’ll get the opportunity once again to bring my treats to the streets! 🍪🧁
