Due to some unforseen circumstances and the call for potential rain on Saturday, we will not be at the Dupo Market. The next Market we will be at will be in July, but we are open for customer orders if you dont want to wait that long!

Currently we are planning on being at the Dupo Market this Saturday June 13th. We are watching the weather closely though and will be making the call hopefully by Wednesday. We are still working on the menu... so if you have an suggestions, we are all ears!

Picture of the finished egg free cake from a few weeks ago. I am not a cake decorator, but this one turned out well enough that I might practice a little more.

These might just look like regular macarons, but they are a little more special than that. They are entirely dairy free....

These might just look like regular macarons, but they are a little more special than that. They are entirely dairy free. Just because they lack dairy doesn't mean they lack flavor!

These particular macarons were strawberry, vanilla and lemon. We can usually make most macaron flavors dairy free, so we sre always happy to accomodate whenever needed!

These might look like the start to an ordinary cake... but these happen to be egg free!

I typically tell people that I don't do cakes. Will they taste good? Absolutely. Will they be aesthetically pleasing? Possibly? Cakes aren't something I enjoy doing and they stress me out, but occasionally someone will talk me into doing one. In this instance, its an egg free smash cake for a little guy with an egg allergy.

If I can safely accomodate an allergy, I will do it... even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone.

Plus let's face it, this cake is destined to be destroyed!

Thank you to everyone who supported us this month! It is officially the most successful month in the history of the bakery!

While orders are closed for May, we are taking orders for June and beyond! We already have a handful of orders through late June and July, so if you would like some sweet treats for a specific day, get those orders in sooner rather than later!

We are planning on going to the Dupo Market on Saturday June 13th.

Market prep is in full swing tonight, but I had to bake one of these bad boys off for... you know, quality assurance.

These chocolate chip scones have the perfect mix of buttery, flakey layers and slightly sweet. I personally think they would be best enjoy with a nice cup of coffee.

They are so good, Im whipping up a second batch for Saturday! They do best with a little chilling time (helps create the flakey layers), so they will be spending the night in the fridge before getting brushed with a little heavy cream and baked off tomorrow night.
