Dairy free coconut cream cupcakes!

These cupcakes are a nice taste of the tropics and the perfect recipe to convert to dairy free since the cupcakes themselves contain no dairy. I was able to easily make a coconut version of my dairy free "buttercream" and top with a little shredded coconut to get the typical coconut cream texture. If coconut is your jam, I think these cupcakes could be the base of many different flavor combinations.

Even though it doesn't feel like fall, it's my birthday weekend and I can make what I want! Chocolate chip pumkpkin muffins with a crumb topping.

With that being said, I have some not so exciting news for the bakery... don't worry, we are staying open, but things are changing for a bit.

I just got a job promotion that will include a decent amount of travel, so I dont believe I will be doing any pop-ups for the remaining of the year and switching back to being more order based.

I want to make sure that I have plenty of time to dedicate to the people and things I love and I'm a little worried that I'll be a little extra busy learning my new role that doing pop-ups would be more of a chore than fun.

So if you are wanting any baked goods for an upcoming special occassions, please try to place those orders as early as possible!

Tentatively planning out our menu and I'm thinking the mini version of these candy bar tarts may have to make an appearance!

This customer wanted a variety of flavors for their party. They chose to do 4 different flavors; chocolate cupcakes with salted caramel buttercream, lemon blueberry with lemon buttercream, chocolate with vanilla buttercream and vanilla with vanilla buttercream.

Our salted caramel is made from scratch for that perfectly sweet and salted balance.

While we will not be at the Dupo Market tomorrow, we are going to have a rare opportunity for cupcake tasting boxes. We will have a very limited quantity of a build your own 6 counts with the following flavors; chocolate with Vanilla buttercream, chocolate with salted caramel buttercream, vanilla with vanilla buttercream and lemon blueberry with a lemon buttercream.

The build your own 6 counts will be $15 each and limited quantities of each flavor. Pickup will be in Columbia. We can accept cash, venmo or we can send a square invoice. Offer valid for this weekend only and once we are out, we are out!

New cupcake flavor alert! These turtle cupcakes feature our scratch made salted caramel two ways and our melt in your mouth good chocolate cupcakes.

A chocolate cupcake filled with toasted, chopped pecans mixed with some of our scratch made salted caramel for a nice gooey moment and topped with our salted caramel buttercream and a few toasted pecan bits on top for texture.
