This small 4" Guinness Chocolate Bento Cake features two layers of Guinness-infused (yes, actual beer🍺) chocolate cake, filled with luscious salted caramel, and finished with silky salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream. Get ready for my monthly pop-up! Did you hear? Toasty Goat dropped their seasonal menu, so this Saturday from 9am-noon I will have matching treats. Try these:

🥥Toasted Coconut Latte + 🍫Chocolate Pistachio Babka: The nutty pistachio and rich chocolate complement the latte’s toasted coconut notes, creating a dessert-like pairing.

The Vendor Village is back on June 13th from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, and I'll be bringing a delicious selection of breakfast pastries, artisan breads, and cookies to enjoy. This week's menu features recipes inspired by England, Japan, Italy, Sweden, and Puerto Rico, perfect for picking up a favorite you already love or trying something you've been curious about.

I have been a way from for a few weeks but I do plan to pop-up at our lovely neighborhood cafe at least once a month through the Summer with delicious global recipes. This week I will take you to Italy, China, Germany, Japan and (my home) Puerto Rico! The Dough X Batter Shire Edition menu for CoolFest has grown a little larger and perhaps a little more magical. I’ve added breads and included more details about each treat so you can plan your visit. 🍞🧁🍪

*Please note that several menu items are exclusive to this special event and will not be part of my usual bakery offerings. Much like treasures hidden beneath the Lonely Mountain, these treats will only appear for a short time and in limited quantities. So gather your fellowship and make your way to CoolFest at in Columbia this Saturday, May 16th from 12pm–6pm 🌿
