Our Cinnamon Roll Cruffin is simple, warm, and classic — a warm cruffin rolled in cinnamon sugar, filled with cinnamon cream, finished with a maple glaze, and topped with pecans.

If you’re new to ube, it’s a vibrant purple yam known for its naturally sweet, nutty, and vanilla-like flavor. It’s a beloved ingredient in Filipino desserts, and we’ve turned it into a croissant.
