You guys….. my heart is full!!!! I had THE biggest line ever and you all waited so patiently and sold me out of cinnamon rolls by 11!!! I also feel bad because my goal is to have enough inventory to last till the end of the market. I love you all so much and can’t wait to see you next weekend!

Exhausted from a 17 hour work day baking cinnamon rolls, I walked outside to load my car for the farmers market and was greeted by the most intense rainbow I’ve ever seen! I’m so happy and it’s going to be an amazing market tomorrow as always!

STORY TIME: This business has been open for 7.5 years now and I’ve personally rolled and baked close to 70,000 cinnamon rolls. And yet I still find ways to improve!

This last weekend I forgot to make my apple cinnamon rolls, and knowing I would have very disappointed customers I improvised. I caramelized freshly chopped apples and poured the mixture over the hot rolls straight from the oven, and OH ME STARS AND GARDENS…. The result was caramel apple cinnamon rolls elevated to heights of tastiness and glory you can only imagine!!!!!

I will have a number of pans of this caramel apple deliciousness ready for you at the Backyard Market in Black Forest this weekend. They ALWAYS sell out, so come early!
