I Hate that I haven’t been posting much, but I’ve been so busy with work and packing/moving. I was able to get these Keylime pie cupcakes done before I pack up the rest of my baking supplies 🥰

Butter cake with a cinnamon graham cracker bottom, filled with a Keylime mousse and topped with a Keylime whipped cream frosting

Sorry I’ve been MIA, there has been A LOT going on since I last posted. We bought a house (surprise to us🤣). Track season and Travel soccer season have started AND we are trying to sell our current home, not to mention our day jobs and medical appointments 😮‍💨😴. I will hopefully be back to baking soon🤞🏻
