Philomena is looking for a full-time Cake Baker & Decorator to join us in Slavic Village. This is a production role — scratch baking cakes and cupcakes, filling and buttercream prep, and buttercream designs. No fondant, no custom orders. Just beautiful, honest cake made with real skill.

You’ll be joining a small, efficient kitchen team.

Requirements:
Professional food service experience, not negotiable
Baking and decorating fundamentals
Reliable, positive, and a team player
Gluten-free/vegan experience a plus — we’ll train the right person

We’re looking for a baker! Professional kitchen experience is required, but you don’t have to have bakery experience specifically.

Full-time, paid breaks, PTO, and pay based on experience.
