About Us…
Baking is in the genes. From stories of my GreatGrandma Ida MacKay, my Grandmother Sara Burger, to my Mother Beatrice Mason, who gave me those priceless memories of wonderful aromas wafting from the farm

house kitchen. FarmHouse PoundCakes are made with the finest ingredients, sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. From pure cane sugar, real butter, sour cream and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla to the farm fresh eggs. Our Gluten Free cakes are made with an excellent combination of ancient grains that give a wonderful texture as well as being a healthier gluten free grain (no rice flour used). A wee reminder for our sourdough lovers! 🍞

Brett’s incredible artisan sourdough is now arriving on Fridays, so fresh loaves will be available in Clayton tomorrow. If you’ve been missing out, be sure to stop by early—his bread tends to disappear quickly!

Today, we’re open 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and the bakery cases are full of delicious treats. From our handcrafted pound cakes and freshly baked goodies to creamy pimento cheese, Scottish specialties, and other tempting provisions, there’s something waiting for everyone.
