🌿 May Sourdough Menu is HERE 🌿
The kitchen smells like maple pecans, lemon glaze, and herbs tucked into warm crusty loaves… and May always brings a little extra brightness to the bakery table.
Everything in our little home bakery is hand crafted, slow-fermented, small-batch made using only the freshest organic and/or locally sourced ingredients, plus 30% freshly milled organic grains in every bake. It’s bread the old way, with intention from grain to table. I’m grateful, as always, to serve my Rabun County neighbors.
✨ On the May Menu:
• Sourdough Boules (original, jalapeño cheddar, sun-dried tomato & basil)
• Soft, sliced sandwich loaves
• Scones: maple cinnamon pecan & lemon berry
• Browned butter chocolate chip cookies
• Bagels (original, jalapeño cheddar, everything, cranberry walnut)
• Elderberry syrup (by the quart)
• Rotating soups & suppers:
– 5/6 Creamy chicken corn chowder ($12/quart)
– 5/13 Minestrone soup ($12/quart)
– 5/20 Chicken pot pie (5–6 servings, $25)
🍲 Order a quart of soup and take $2 off any boule
🌸 Mother’s Day Brunch Boxes are also available for pre-order ($35)
Each box includes a mini sourdough boule, 2 cinnamon rolls with maple cream cheese icing, plus your choice of:
• 3 muffins or 3 bagels
AND
• 6 cookies or 2 scones
Flavors include blueberry streusel muffins, cinnamon coffee cake muffins, white chocolate raspberry or lemon berry scones, everything/plain/cranberry walnut bagels, and browned butter chocolate chip cookies.
