In these five years, we’ve been so blessed to know and work alongside people from all walks of life–and corners of the world–who share our love for cake, community and the joy of creative pursuits. They’ve brought humor, positivity, resilience and support to our cake family and made these 1,825 days some of the most memorable of our lives.

These people, we’d never have known without Cake Bloom, and it turns out they’re the most important product of our five years in business.

Welcome to Woodland Apple season:) 🍎🍄🍁
Designed for your foodiest friends and family, this beloved fall seasonal features tender layers of Apple-spice cake, maple-scented Candy Cap cream cheese, Apple Cider caramel, brown sugar buttercream, big sis Elizabeth’s famous Olive Oil Maple Granola and a very cute mushroom garnish (meringue for local customers and candy cap mushroom shortbread for shipping customers).

Our new fall seasonals are available for pre-order now through November in whole cakes, slices, and longboards for both local customers and x-country shipping. Order today to receive a shipment this week, or swing by the shop on Wednesday for our first batch of fall flavors!

We’re thrilled to share that with YOUR vote and THIS hardworking crew, we’ve won Best of Cville Wedding Cakes & Desserts!!
After quite a transitional year (and a very big move), we’re truly honored and so proud of this recognition.
Big thank you to our dear local community for continuing to cheer us on and bring us to your parties, milestones and everyday occasions. We love what we do and so excited for more in the months and years to come.

We sent these strawberry-filled golden vanilla cakes to S&E’s wedding last week at Southwest Mountains Vineyards, featuring our signature “Blue Ridge Fog” for the wedding couple’s table and “horizontal bands” for the guest tables. Thanks so much for gorgeous blooms, Aspire Farm. 💕
