Hello My Ivory Dish Friends!
I’ve been MIA for a bit… had a quick visit to see one of my sisters. I am back and baking even though it’s 90+ degrees outside!! Crazy, I know. Trying different methods of baking these finicky s’mores cookies. I think I like this one the best for presentation, definitely not packaging in single cookie bags!! Taste is definitely 💯.

These Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are outrageously delicious. I made this recipe a couple weeks ago and they were so good that I’ve been requested to make them again!! (I wanted more too!)💕

Test Batch #1. Mocha Java Chip
Can’t decide how I feel about these yet. Great flavor. Needs to be a tad more moist. I roughly chopped dark chocolate covered espresso beans and incorporated into the cookie dough. They were good by themselves but not caring too much for them inside the cookie. Thinking I should change it a bit. 😢. Not every recipe I create is a winner! It’s time consuming and expensive!! lol Still got some work to do on this one. In the meantime, I’m bouncing off the wall from all this coffee. 🤣🤣☕️
