Specializing in all things sourdough! Breads, treats, recipes and more!

09/25/2026

Ya’ll will never know how much it means to me when you show up early to be sure I don’t sell out, when you place your preorder because you can’t wait to get your bread, when you tell your friends that you love my products, when you tell other market shoppers that I have the best bread, when you share what fun recipes you made using something you bought from me…the list goes on and on.

I’m so thankful for this little sourdough community and every single one of you who shows up for me, time and time again. 🫶🏼

See you Sunday, Birkdale!

SOURDOUGH 101! 🍞 I know you’ve been thinking about it, so now it’s time to finally sign up! I’m teaching Sourdough 101 at Hi-Wire Brewing Charlotte and Lost Worlds Brewing next month and I want to see you there!

You’ll get your hands in the dough as we walk through every step together, from feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter to mixing, shaping, and prepping your loaves for baking. You’ll also learn professional techniques like scoring and shaping so you can create beautiful, bakery-style bread at home.

During the class, enjoy:
🍞Hands on step by step instructions on sourdough baking
🍞Tasty Sourdough samples

Best of all, you’ll leave fully equipped to keep baking! Each student goes home with:
🍞A beginner-friendly sourdough guide
🍞Your own jar of active sourdough starter
🍞A bread-baking toolkit (dough whisk, bench scraper, and proofing basket)
🍞Two sourdough loaves made in class, ready to bake and enjoy

Trust me, you’ll love learning this new hobby! 👏🏼
