Who has tried overnight oats? Do you like them? Do you like them hot or cold? You can use our brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal packs to make fantastic overnight oats. Here's the recipe:
Half of a jelly jar brown sugar cinnamon oats
Just enough milk to moisten the oats
2 heaping tablespoons yogurt (Any kind you like. We use vanilla flavored or plain with added maple syrup)
1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, apples are some of our favorites)
Refrigerate overnight
