My business days are Monday through Saturday. Operating hours are 10am-6pm, except Saturdays when I close at noon. I don't take orders for custom cakes on Mondays or Tuesdays, and Sundays are reserved for weddings only. Mondays and Tuesdays are reserved for admin, inventory restocking, and baking. There is a method to the madness. In order for me and my business to function at its full potential, I have to abide by these guidelines.
