My love of baking started way back in high school. My favorite class was Home Economics (that tells you I'm old because it's not even called that now 😅). Mrs. Paula Schleining was my teacher and I think about her a lot when I'm baking. Thank you, Mrs. Schleining! The things you taught me, well at least some of them, have stuck with me! This is a gluten free vegan apple pie made especially for Britton, Sadie and Ragan!!!
