Sweets by Demetria, LLC requires that all orders be paid in full when the orders are placed: if on our website or over the phone. Sweets by Demetria, LLC needs a 2 weeks’ notice for simple orders and 3 to 4 weeks' notice for themed orders placed. If you place a custom cak
e order please note that if it is within less that five day until your celebration we have a rush order service fee. All cakes are two layers unless requested, which will be a price according to the layers.
Refund Policy:
Sweets by Demetria, LLC takes great pride in our professionalism and the baking, making of all our delicious treats. If you place an order, please notify us as soon as possible if there is damage to your treats if it was shipped or delivered by us, Upon delivery please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order once we leave we are not responsible for any damages to your purchase. Sweets by Demetria will not refund shipping fees. You will be able to receive an in-store credit for the amount of purchase. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. If you picked up your items we are not responsible for any damages after you have accepted responsibility of your purchased dessert. If delivery was made and you sign that the cake was presented with no damage no refund will be given. Cake Policy:
Wedding Cake, Large Cake, or Themed Cake tasting deposits are non-refundable. All cake orders are canceled 120 hours (5 days) in advance to receive a 50% refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 25% of the reimbursement after this time up to 48 hours before the event. There will be a $150.00 fee for any changes made to the large celebration or themed cake orders within 120 hours. We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes once they leave; if we are delivering your cake, we will make sure the setup is complete, there is an extra charge for serving, setup, and delivery. Equipment must be returned in 2 days if not returned you will be charged the said listed rental contract amount. For regular cakes; cakes will be two-layer unless requested and will be priced according to the layers and design. Regular cakes refund given will only be an instore credit NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. If you are allergic please state this upon ordering, Sweets by Demeria, LLC will not be held liable if the company is not made aware. Deposit:
A deposit is required to book and hold a date, the deposit is half of the total amount due for any order. If the deposit is not made on the agreed-upon date the price is due to change. You will receive an estimate once accepted you will have 5 days to pay 50% of the total amount. Cancelation Policy:
Sweets by Demetria, LLC requires a 96-hour notice to cancel an order. A refund of 75% will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on file for in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Failure to receive a 96-hour notice for cancellation will result in a 25% fee that will be retained by Sweets by Demetria, LLC. *Product that is not picked up at the date and time the customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit.
