🌹 **Tried Something New!** 🌹

Stepped outside my comfort zone and made a **rose cake using fondant for the very first time!** 🎂 My supportive daughter is always pushing me to learn new techniques and grow in my craft, and this one was definitely a learning experience s week as a fun challenge.

Every cake I make is made with love, creativity, and a desire to keep getting better for my customers. 💕

“BAKERSBLOCK/9TO5INTERFERENCE” I have been experiencing a lack of motivation to bake for months now and I am uncertain as to the reason, and my 9-to-5 job has allowed me the flexibility not to push through this challenge. I have not been posting and have only been baking when someone places an order. Initially, I had planned not to accept any Thanksgiving orders, but I started receiving calls and emails from my day ones anda couple newbies, so here I am checking inventory🤷🏽‍♀️. I appreciate your subtle reminder that I still have love out there.

Yesterday I donated cake slices to the womens and childrens shelter and it was such a heartwarming and heartbreaking experience. I met this gem Ms. Carolyn who is the Chef there and her spirit and love for what she does was evident. These ladies come from all walks of life but found themselves in the same unfortunate situation but they haven’t given up. They’re fighters, resilient and God’s children. I pray for them and anyone struggling to survive in this world. 🙏🏾💪🏾🙌🏾
