🇭🇳 PAN DE COCO 🇭🇳

Fresh out of the oven and looking VERY coconutty. 😍

Soft, pillowy Honduran coconut bread with a lightly sweet crumb and toasted coconut baked right into the top. Golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and just the right amount of coconut flavor.

These are being made fresh in small batches for this week’s Hispanic Heritage Month menu, and they smell absolutely incredible coming out of the oven.

If you’ve never had Pan de Coco before, this is your sign to try it. ❤️

POWDER SUGAR TIME. 🤍

There’s just something about watching these little Mexican Wedding Cookies get completely buried in powdered sugar. 😂

They’re buttery, nutty, tender, and basically melt in your mouth.
