The Smokin’ Bird: Smoked chicken salad, cheddar, pickled red onions, & lettuce. Served on Croissant

Wild Turkey: Turkey with pesto mayo and balsamic drizzle, mozzarella, provolone, arugula, and tomato. Served on Ciabatta

The Maverick: Roast Beef, provolone, Swiss, caramelized onions, and arugula, with horseradish mayo. Served on Ciabatta

BTC: Bacon, tomato, cheddar, Parmesan, gruyere. Served hot and melty on Sourdough

The Italian: Mortadella, pepperoni, hot capocollo, provolone, tomato, lettuce, pickled red onion, & mayo. Served on focaccia.

The WildFlour: Hummus, red onion, feta, tomato & arugula served on sourdough pizza crust
