Been MIA for a few weeks thanks to a much-needed vacation, but I’m BACK at the oven! 🍞🙌

Made myself a loaf this morning and I’m pretty sure my oven spring understood the assignment. 😍 That little crunch, the bounce-back, and that ridiculously fluffy crumb… 🤌🏼

And because I brought some olive oil home from Greece, I drizzled a little over this heel piece after lightly toasting it and WOW. Heavenly. 🇬🇷🫒

Sometimes you just need a fresh loaf, good olive oil, and a little squish therapy. 😂🍞

Skip the bagel, try topping your sourdough toast with cream cheese mixed with tamed jalapeno peppers topped with everything but the bagel seasoning and you have yourself a delicious breakfast!

It is my husband’s birthday this week and all he asked for was a cookie cake - so that’s what he is gonna get! So now the question is, do I top it with frosting or do we go à la mode? 🍨

Sometimes you just need a really good grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup, am I right? This one I made with burrata cheese and then added fresh arugula tossed with balsamic dressing after I finished grilling it. What toppings do you like on your grilled cheese sandwiches?

Well, this ASMR video did NOT go as planned. 🎙️😅

Started out trying to do a nice, calm, whispery sourdough content moment… and it was going SO badly that I handed the editing over to my resident Gen Alpha expert.

Big mistake. Best mistake.

Another beautiful Saturday here in Virginia and we have VERY important business to attend to 🍞⚽

My daughter’s soccer team has requested fresh baked bread as their mid-game snack, and listen…the coach says they are UNDEFEATED when they have the bread.

So no pressure or anything. 😅
