Around here, every day kind of feels like National Dog Day. 😂❤️

Between Opal, Olive, Zoey & Willow, there’s never a shortage of wagging tails, dachshund attitudes, puppy shenanigans, snuggles, or someone convinced they deserve another treat. 🐶

And apparently our love for dogs has rubbed off on Grayson too—considering he now spends part of his time making homemade dog treats and Pawsicles for all of YOUR pups! 🥹🐾

So today we’re celebrating our four girls…and we want to celebrate YOUR dogs too!

🐮📚 Moo Monday: Back-to-School Edition! ✏️🍎

And just like that…summer break is officially over! 🥹

Today Grayson is off to his first day of 4th grade, and I’m not quite sure how we got here so fast!

This summer he spent plenty of time alongside us at markets, worked hard growing his own little business, made approximately a million tiny dachshund dog treats 😂, introduced his Pawsicles, and still managed to squeeze in plenty of summer fun.

But today, the dog treats and 3D prints take a backseat to backpacks, pencils, friends, and a brand-new year of learning. 💙

We’re wishing Grayson—and ALL of our Floured Cow kiddos—a wonderful first day and an amazing school year ahead! 📚✏️

And because first-day pictures are WAY too cute not to share…

☀️ Sunday Slow Down ☀️

Well…here we are. The last Sunday before school starts tomorrow. 🥹📚

It feels like we were JUST saying, “We have the whole summer ahead of us,” and somehow backpacks are packed, alarms are being set, and another school year is already here.

This summer was full of markets, baking, puppy adventures, Grayson growing his little business, family time, and so many memories in between. And tomorrow, we trade our summer routine for school mornings, homework, earlier bedtimes, and everything that comes with a brand-new year. ❤️

So today, we’re soaking up one last slow Sunday before the alarm clock has somewhere to be tomorrow morning. 😂

Here’s to a wonderful school year for Grayson and all the kiddos heading back to school—and maybe an extra cup of coffee for all the parents tomorrow. ☕️😉

☀️ Sunday Slow Down: Meet Eric ☀️

You see a lot of me and Grayson around here, but there’s another pretty important person behind Floured Cow who doesn’t get nearly enough credit. ❤️

Meet Eric—the man behind the sourdough and, more importantly, the guy who somehow continues to go along with all of my ideas. 😂

Whether it’s another market, a new bakery idea, more chickens, another dachshund, or me saying, “Okay, hear me out…” he’s usually right there supporting me through it all.

He may not be the one posting on Facebook or dreaming up the next cookie flavor, but Floured Cow truly wouldn’t be what it is without him behind the scenes.

So this Sunday Slow Down is a little appreciation post for the guy who keeps saying yes to this crazy little life we’ve built. 🤎

These frozen pup cups are the perfect little summer treat for your four-legged best friend, with each flavor inspired by one of our own pups! ❤️

☀️ Sunday Slow Down ☀️

Does anyone else feel like summer went by WAY too fast? 🥹

Between baking, markets, flowers blooming, puppy adventures with Opal & Olive, and soaking up as much family time as we can with Grayson, this summer has been a busy one—but such a good one. 💛

Today we’re slowing down a little and appreciating these last weeks of summer before schedules change, school starts, and life seems to speed up all over again.

I’m reminding myself that not every moment has to be productive. Sometimes it’s okay to put the to-do list down, enjoy your people, love on your pups, wander through the flowers, and just be for a little while.

Here’s your Sunday reminder to enjoy the season you’re in. ❤️
