ππ itβs finally arrived!!! Canβt wait to add some Freshly Milled Flour or FMF for short!!
π€What does this mean?
π€It means I can mill heritage, heirloom and ancient grains and add proportions to sourdough for ultimate taste and nutrients.
π₯°I love all the grains but stone ground milling doesnβt have the same shelf life as steel milled flours and I often find that I am not getting through Spelt, Einkorn and Rye etc quick enough before they become past their best! They are very rich in oils and this means they have a shorter shelf life than wheat for example.
πThis way I can mill what I need when I need it and it will be soooooo fresh and tasty too π
