Celebrating 25 with a little nostalgia 🧽

This SpongeBob–themed birthday cake was inspired by the iconic classroom scene with SpongeBob and Patrick! 🍍

Cake details:
• Two layers of rich red velvet
• A New York–style cheesecake center, baked for three hours
• No frosting between layers: just red velvet, cheesecake, and red velvet
• Finished with a smooth cream cheese buttercream
• Decorated to perfectly complement the colors and mood of the image on top

A playful design paired with a thoughtfully crafted cake because milestones deserve both fun and quality 💛

We are obsessed with the Jellycat aesthetic, so we decided to turn it into something delicious! Meet Maddi’s Jellycat inspired creation: a fluffy vanilla bean cake layered with silky vanilla buttercream and a fresh chunky strawberry center.

Topped with a cloud of stabilized vanilla whipped cream and juicy strawberries, it’s almost too cute to eat... almost. 🍓

This gorgeous dark red, three-tier vintage-style wedding cake was created and fully set up by me! ❤️
Vanilla cake + vanilla buttercream, finished with classic vintage piping to give it that timeless, romantic look.

I also made the tiramisu tower you see beside it! Originally it was meant to be a traditional tiramisu, but due to time constraints we had to get creative — and it turned out delicious.
Each cup included:
• A chocolate cake base with a coffee soak
• Caramel drizzle
• A whipped heavy cream coffee layer
• A vanilla mascarpone buttercream
• Finished with a dusting of espresso powder

(And for anyone wondering — the cake on the bottom of the display was the groom’s cake, which came from a seperate bakery.)
