Weā€™ve had quite a few customers recently ask if we offer gluten-free desserts

Right now, we are NOT a dedicated gluten-free bakery since we only have one kitchen and oven, but Iā€™ve been considering offering a few ā€œgluten-sensitiveā€ treats for those simply trying to avoid gluten.

We currently offer macarons that are made with gluten-free ingredients on Wednesdays.

So Iā€™m curiousā€¦

If we offered occasional gluten-sensitive treats like:
cinnamon rolls
cookies
specialty cake slices

would that interest you?
