This week we had the wonderful opportunity to learn more from the great team at Grands Moulins de Paris. We spent two days together learning different ways to use their French wheat flours. The most important lesson? We can always improve, and that it is important to always try to do so. Carlton Bakery has served our community for nearly 15 years, and we are proud to be here! We will teach you how to make the wonderful scones made at Carlton Bakery so that you can make them at home for friends and family! Class will be held at Carlton Bakery on Sunday, May 3rd, from 12:30pm-4:00pm. Call 503.852.6687 by April 26th to reserve your spot, or sign up at Carlton Bakery. Lunch included.
