If you haven’t seen the viral Dot Cakes on TikTok that are apparently a hot commodity in NYC right now, well now you have.

They were intriguing so I created a few samples today for people to try and give me their personal thoughts on.

It’s basically vanilla cake layers with buttercream in between layers topped with nonpareil sprinkles.

Anyways, I have 6 for the taking. First come first serve.

Brandie has been ordering from me since basically the beginning of Baked by Brea, the same goes for a lot of you. After finishing up this order for her today, I messaged her the finished product and let her know that sometimes when I’m working on orders or when I am looking for inspiration, whether it’s from Pinterest or other bakers that I follow, I often question my ability and my talent. This happens a lot during the process of my orders but once it begins to come together, that’s when I get to see my capability, my talent, and my personal creativity. That’s when I realize I belong here.
I love everything that I produce and create because each piece has its own personal custom style.
Each piece shows a different form of talent and creativity that my mind allows my hands to create.
These cookie cakes reminded me of that today 💛🐝

Anyways, I don’t know why I wanted to share that but I did.

A lot goes into each of my orders, mentally and physically.
