Employee Spotlight ✨
If you’ve been to the Beanery over the last year and a half, chances are you’ve felt Ayden’s bright light.
She’s kind, calm, caring, and the definition of a team player. Whether she’s jumping in to help a teammate, making friends with everyone on shift, trying out a new tea refresher concoction or bringing her grounded yogi energy into the shop, Ayden makes every shift better just by being there.
This fall, she’ll be heading to Arizona State University to study sustainability and while we’re so excited for her next adventure, we already know the Beanery won’t feel quite the same without her. 💛
She truly is one of our favorite people to work alongside. We’re so lucky she’s part of the Bean fam.
