🥖 BREADY OR KNOT IS BACK! 🤎

After an unexpectedly long summer break, I’m finally ready to dust off the bread baskets, wake up the starter, and get back to baking!

This summer brought a few unexpected challenges for our family. Between a hand injury that made bread-making pretty much impossible and spending much of the summer focused on my dad while he was in the hospital, the bakery needed to take a longer break than I had planned.

Thankfully, things are looking much brighter around here—and the starter is officially bubbling again! 🙌

I’m easing back into things with a small menu this week:

🥖 Artisan Country Sourdough — $12
Our classic crusty sourdough with that chewy crumb we love.

🍞 Soft Sourdough Sandwich Loaf — $12
A softer, everyday sourdough perfect for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese and lunchboxes.

🌿 Rosemary Garlic Sourdough — $15
Savory, aromatic and packed with rosemary-garlic goodness.

ORDERS ARE OPEN NOW! 🎉

⏰ Orders close Thursday at 8 PM
📍 Pickup is SUNDAY ONLY this week

I’ve truly missed baking for you all, and I’m so excited to get flour all over my kitchen again. 😂

Hi everyone! I wanted to let you know I made a mistake with this week’s Country Loaves. During mixing, I accidentally left the salt out of that batch. The bread is completely safe to eat, but it won’t have the flavor or texture I expect from Bready or Knot.

If you purchased a Country Loaf today, I’d love to make it right with either a replacement loaf or a refund—whichever you prefer.

It’s still perfectly edible, and if you’d rather not let it go to waste, there are plenty of delicious ways to enjoy it! Try toasting it with salted butter, making garlic bread or grilled cheese, or turning it into seasoned croutons or homemade breadcrumbs.

Either way, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can make it right. Thank you so much for supporting my little bread-making venture. I’m learning and growing with every bake, and I truly appreciate your kindness, support, and grace along the way. ❤️

Hi friends,

Unfortunately, I had a hand injury this weekend and need to take a short break from baking to give it time to heal properly. Because of that, I will be taking this week off, and I won’t be accepting orders for next weekend.

Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and understanding. I’m looking forward to getting back in the kitchen as soon as I’m able.

The good news is that Bready or Knot will be back on June 27th at The Barns at New Market! I’ll have fresh sourdough available and can’t wait to see everyone there.
