Hi everyone! I wanted to let you know I made a mistake with this week’s Country Loaves. During mixing, I accidentally left the salt out of that batch. The bread is completely safe to eat, but it won’t have the flavor or texture I expect from Bready or Knot.

If you purchased a Country Loaf today, I’d love to make it right with either a replacement loaf or a refund—whichever you prefer.

It’s still perfectly edible, and if you’d rather not let it go to waste, there are plenty of delicious ways to enjoy it! Try toasting it with salted butter, making garlic bread or grilled cheese, or turning it into seasoned croutons or homemade breadcrumbs.

Either way, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can make it right. Thank you so much for supporting my little bread-making venture. I’m learning and growing with every bake, and I truly appreciate your kindness, support, and grace along the way. ❤️

Hi friends,

Unfortunately, I had a hand injury this weekend and need to take a short break from baking to give it time to heal properly. Because of that, I will be taking this week off, and I won’t be accepting orders for next weekend.

Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and understanding. I’m looking forward to getting back in the kitchen as soon as I’m able.

The good news is that Bready or Knot will be back on June 27th at The Barns at New Market! I’ll have fresh sourdough available and can’t wait to see everyone there.
