The last two months have been a whirlwind!
We’ve been working around the clock preparing our new bakery space, developing new recipes and products, welcoming new faces to our team, and building partnerships with incredible local makers and producers. All while continuing to bake and deliver fresh sourdough each week to the locations you’ve come to know and love.
There have been plenty of long days, late nights, and more than a few challenges along the way, but we’re excited to finally be reaching a point where we can see the finish line.
As we get closer to our Grand Opening on July 12th, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown our small business throughout this journey. Your encouragement, orders, shares, and kind words have helped make all of this possible.
We’re also incredibly thankful for our team. Over the past few months, they’ve gone above and beyond, putting in extra hours, taking on new challenges, and helping us bring this vision to life. We couldn’t have done it without them!
