This week everyone ordered our new Roasted Garlic & Asiago loaf! I love prepping loaves that contain cheese -- the smell is so good! This one is even better because there's also roasted garlic! Even hours and hours after prep yesterday at ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ my bedroom upstairs smelled like roasted garlic -- if you run into me around town today or saw me yesterday I probably smelled or still smell like garlic. My favorite to eat, but not my favorite perfume. ๐ Sorry. Ish.
A quick note for everyone, however, regarding the Not all of the garlic turned green. But let me sum up why a few bits did, so you don't have to worry about safety!
Also, because of the cheese in these loaves, you'll want to treat them like we do the Cheddar Bacon Jalapeรฑo loaves -- only keep them at room temp for a couple days and ๐ถ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ป'๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐น๐, ๐ด๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐น๐ผ๐ฎ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ (sliced or whole, whatever you prefer, but I find sliced far more convenient).
