My failures have taught me so much more than my wins. But having a win after so many failures is like receiving a sincere compliment from a stranger on an insecurity you've been struggling with.

Wins and failures go hand-in-hand.
It's important to remember this in life. 🥀

Organic ingredients. Baked with love.

The crunch of autumn leaves underneath my shoes.
The bite into a chocolate bar.
The moist and fluffy texture of an iced espresso loaf.
The velvety smooth experience of sipping hot cacao and marshmallows.

Texture is sexy, igniting the other senses beyond taste and smell. Like feeling silk against your skin. It's titillating.

Welcome to autumn; my favorite sensory season. 🍂

The Midnight Press was inspired by Smallville's Lois Lane. 📰 ☕️

Lois had an obsession with her breakfast glazed donuts, and that is what this loaf reminds me of; a mildly sweet espresso battery with an extra sweet espresso-vanilla icing. ⛸️

Now on the menu thru October 🍂.

The Midnight Press came from the inspiration I found in Smallville's Lois Lane. She is my all-time favorite Lane and this show lives in my heart.

I hope you enjoy the newest addition to the menu, because whether you're a writer, crimefighter, or villain—it's for everyone. 🥀
