My house smells so good. Cheddar jalapeño and ghost cheddar jalapeño bread will be out this evening after it cools!

Cheddar jalapeño and a new bread coming out this evening. I'm so excited about this.... it is ghost cheddar jalapeño bread. It's not super spicy by any means, but gives it an extra kick. The dough is rising right now.

It's a cookie kind of morning.

I have cookie butter cookies in the oven - these are a little different than usual I may have forgotten to leave the cookie to break up for the tops, so they'll have extra white chips on top instead.

Our patriotic red, white and blue monster cookies are fresh out of the oven (and a batch from earlier is already on the stand).

And our newcomer - made with GLUTEN free King Arthur flour - our no gluten added chocolate chip cookies.

I also have butter getting to room temperature for white chip macadamia and chocolate chip cookies for later.

All of our cookies are made with eggs from C&G Homestead and several of our cookies -including our no gluten added cookie - are made with honey from awe + wander homestead.

These are cooling and then I'm bringing back and old customer favorite that I haven't made for a long time - any guesses?

Test batch of cookies made WITHOUT GLUTEN out of the oven. These will be out on the stand later. :)

Working on restocking the stand. All fresh made this morning. I've got my fingers and toes crossed that these no gluten added cookies actually turn out when I bake them - waiting on dough to rest is a patient person's game. We open at 8, but feel free to stop in - the building is unlocked for the day. Much, much more coming through the day.

Hey you guys. It's clear out day. All baked goods 50% off. There's not much left. But if you like spicy pepperoni rolls, this is your clearance day :)

We'll in full restock mode later for tomorrow. We have errands, restocking supplies, and yard work to tackle today.

I'm super excited for what the rest of this month has to bring after the crazy way it's started.... I have lots of plans for the next 4 weeks (well and we have a deductible to cover, so I have to bring my A game lol).
