Growing your own Ginger!

Simply get a bag of ginger from the grocery store - the more nodules, the better

Put it in some water for a few days and it will start to grow roots

Once the roots are long enough, plant them in a shallow pot in some dirt - soil barely covering it

When ready to harvest, simply break off what you need and put the rest back in your pot

Homemade GF Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 helpings of GF spaghetti noodles

sautee shrimp in pan with butter, oil and seasonings until butter is melted and completely blended and shrimp is fully cooked.

Boil your GF noodles while sauteing your shrimp, drain after cooking.

Serve scampi over noodles - quick, delicious weeknight dinner!
