We’re back, Brunswick 💛

As of today (April 29), Maison is officially open on Wednesdays again 8 am to 3 pm! More days for pastries, coffee, and cozy hangs? We’ll take it.

With that said—small shift to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes:
🥪 Breakfast sandwiches are now weekend-only (Friday–Sunday)
⏰ And they’ll wrap up one hour before closing each day
(Example: Friday close at 3 → sandwiches end at 2 | Saturday close at 2 → sandwiches end at 1)

This helps us balance production with the extra day open—and honestly, you all already showed us weekends are the sandwich moment anyway.

A quick lil’ reminder: Mother’s Day preorder cutoff is coming up at the end of this week 🌸 Don’t wait till the last second… future you will be grateful.

Also, if we seem a little “heads down” lately—hi, yes, we are 😅 Between events, catering, and the shop, we’ve officially entered our “spring chaos but make it cute” era. It’s humbling, it’s busy, and we genuinely love being part of it all.

Mother’s Day is officially on the menu 💐✨

Our preorder lineup is live and ready for all the moms, bonus moms, grandmas, and “like-a-mom” figures who deserve something a little extra sweet this year. You can place your order online, in person, or over the phone—whatever makes life easiest (because we know who usually handles the planning 😉).

We’ve added a few quirky, feel-good treats we think moms will absolutely love—but we’ll let the menu do the talking on that one.

Want to be the favorite child? We’ve teamed up with Brunswick Blossom so you can grab pastries and flowers all in one stop. The preorder menu is on our website now 🌸

And if you’re more of a “pick it out in person” type:
• Friday, May 8th: Floral arrangements available for pickup.
• Saturday, May 9th: Bouquet Bar is back! Come build something as one-of-a-kind as your mom!

Basically… we’ve made it very easy to win Mother’s Day this year.

Brunswick understood the assignment this weekend 💐

Yard sales popping up on every corner, sunshine doing its thing, and a whole lot of small-town magic in the air. We’ll be stocked with pastries, pouring drinks, and bringing in the dreamiest blooms from to keep things extra fresh.

Oh—and you’ll find us down at for the Hootenanny, because obviously we’re not missing that.

Swing by, sip something good, grab a treat (or three), snag some flowers, and then go treasure hunting—you never know what you’ll come home with. Follow that up with celebrating at their Hootenanny, and you've got a perfect Saturday agenda ☺️!

With summer approaching, we had been working hard on some new drinks to cool down on these upcoming hot days ☀️ Refreshers will include your choice of Galvanina Soda and select tea flavor (from Voila! Easter may be over, but we’re still living in the sugar fog 🐣☁️

This reel is a little peek at the weekend magic in case you missed our stories — flour everywhere, boxes everywhere, and somewhere in the middle… joy. We’re currently rotating between recovery mode, cleanup mode, and somehow already planning for Mother’s Day.

For now, we’ll be soaking up this beautiful sunshine and piecing ourselves back together. ☀️

The tulips said spring has entered the chat 🌷

Fresh-cut bouquets from our lovely local flower partner are in the shop through Saturday — cut straight from their garden and about as fresh as it gets around here. A little rare, a lot beautiful, and very hard to walk past without taking home.

Come grab a bundle before they disappear faster than our weekend pastries.

We’re all a little mad here… 🐇♠️🌷

Tonight’s quick little time lapse is giving full Alice in Wonderland energy, and honestly, it could not fit our mood better right now. In just 21 seconds, you get a peek at 40+ minutes of decorating these whimsical petite fours for a catering pickup — proof that a little magic (and a lot of patience) goes into every detail.

Also, have you seen our front window lately? Our flower Alice in Wonderland display has us completely enchanted, and she is thriving this week.

And yes, we are OPEN tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1, and no, this is not an April Fool’s joke! We’ll be open for foot traffic tomorrow because we will be closed Sunday, April 5 for Easter.

Easter preorder pickups will be happening Friday and Saturday, and many of those goodies will also be available in the shop this weekend. Missed the preorder cutoff? Don’t panic. Hop on down the rabbit hole and stop by the store — we may still be able to send you home with something sweet for your Easter table.

Easter is here! 🐣 With that, here is our Easter preorder menu for this year! We will also be extending the preorder dates through the weekend (3/27-3/29), so you all still have time to get your orders in!

We will be closed on Easter Sunday (4/5), but we will be open that Wednesday (4/1) to account for it. Wednesdays are coming back soon as well! Hope you all are enjoying this spring weather and are still getting caught up on sleep from that time change (I know we definitely are 😵‍💫)! Happy Thursday everyone!

We made a cake… and made a 🥹🎂

Turns out, we’re not mad about it—because how cute is this little guy?! The perfect way to kick off birthday season and spring at the bakery 🌼

And speaking of spring… these daffodils absolutely stole the show this weekend. If you missed the flower pop-up, don’t worry—more blooms are on the way. The season has officially arrived and she is showing off ✨
