Our Summer Bounty Salad starts with roasted corn, tomatoes and crisp cucumber, then adds feta cheese, fresh basil and a bright lemon vinaigrette.
Served cold as our Vegetable du Jour—fresh, colorful and just right for these final tastes of summer.
And remember today ours are 8 am - 8 pm. Don't miss out on a minute of this beautiful day by standing in the kitchen cooking.

Turns out, last night’s hottest appetizers were served cold.
Chef Liam’s Green Bean Salad, the classic Wedge and our fresh Caprese Salad took the top three spots!
